No, since are items are fresh made and in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, all items go into production immediately.

Yes, as soon as the item has been shipped we will send you an email with the tracking code.

It depends on where the item is being delivered. We typically ship within 1-4 business days.

We send most items using USPS and various services for international.

Do you gift wrap items?

No we are unable to offer gift wrapping, or a gift message at this time.

Some of the items from my order are missing?

An item may be missing for several different reasons, possibly because an item is out of stock, if this is the case you will have been contacted to inform you that we have not been able to fulfill your order and you will have received a refund for this item. We will endeavor to email you if any items are missing however please do contact us if you are unsure why an item has not been delivered or is missing.
