MoxiCali is fresh-made. Every piece is printed when you order it. That's better for the planet, and it means we handle returns a little differently than a warehouse full of sitting stock.

Here's how it works.

Something went wrong on our end Damaged item, wrong design, not what you ordered. Reach out within 30 days and send a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you. Keep the original. No sending anything back.

The fit's not right Sizing can be a bit of a puzzle with tees. If it's not sitting right, contact us within 30 days. Ship the item back and we'll sort an exchange. There's a $7 restocking fee per item and return shipping is on you.

Before you order, the size guide on each product page is worth a read. The charts are accurate, and we've added fit photos on a few styles so you can see how sizing actually changes.

Change of mind Because every piece is made when you order it, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If you're on the fence before ordering (sizing, style, anything), reach out first. Happy to help you land on the right one.
